Argh! I am drowing in a sea of work today but am shirking duties for five minutes to gush about The Supersizers Go....
It's a BBC 2 series which has seen Giles Coren and Sue Perkins live a week in different eras, sampling the diet of the times. It is the funniest thing on television at the moment (and yes, I know Top Gear is back on). The two work fantastically together, you laugh your way through it and at the end, gulp, realise you've learnt some interesting historical facts. They also eat things which make the bush tucker trails on I'm A Celebrity looks postively pleasant. Pickled oyster anyone?
Last one in the series tomorrow night, BBC2 9pm. Then mither the BBC to repeat it immediately. Or figure out how to use iPlayer or something.
I am a little bit in love with Giles Coren.

Mither isn't a typo - it's a wonderful Yorkshire word!
