Joy To The World is by far my favourite Christmas song, and Nat King Cole's version is beautiful. It's a song which sounds even better sung by a Gospel Choir - talk about raising the roof!

It's a good song to brush aside any self pity moments to, and remember what you do have to be joyful for and think of those in far worse situations than we can even imagine.

I swear since the hairs gone redder I've got a bit fierier. This is good. I finally stood up for myself in lots of situation. I scrubbed 'mug' from off my forehead. I may have replaced it with idiot though.

Seriously, after a mini life laundry (which has been stressful and upsetting), I've managed with my brilliant ability to be an idiot to  upset one of the people who has shown me good grace and believed in me (and God knows why they do anything as mad as that!). Hang on there's someone at the door....back in a sec...

Back now. It was DHL with a parcel of home truths for me, just in case I'd wasn't aware that I'm a mule. Eee-ore.

The In Crowd

I love twitter, I make no bones about that. And like many twitter users I follow a number of celebrities out of nothing more than pure nosiness. Nosiness is one of my driving forces but Twitter is also very useful in the writing/comedy world to find out who's doing what, where and when.

What I have noticed is when you follow a little band of celebrities who know each other, their to and fro twitter conversations between themselves appear in your feed. For the last two days there's been a group of four female celebrities twittering away at each other, sharing a day long in joke, and all I could think of was school days. Remember when you were sat in the corner and the cool clique were discussing their hugely interesting existence? It's just like that.

I've never been in the 'in crowd'....bloody hell, even my imaginary friends as child formed a clique and kicked me out...
